General Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Prish Infotech to its clients.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Project Scope
The scope of work for each project will be defined in writing and agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Fees and Payment
The fees for each project will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Payment terms will be defined in writing and agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement. In the event of a project cancellation, any fees paid to Prish Infotech will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Prish Infotech in the course of providing services to its clients will remain the property of Prish Infotech. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any intellectual property created by Prish Infotech for the specific project.

Confidentiality
Prish Infotech and its clients agree to keep all project-related information confidential. Neither party will disclose any project-related information to any third party without the written consent of the other party.

Warranties and Liability
Prish Infotech warrants that all services provided will be of a professional standard. Prish Infotech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any act or omission by the client or any third party. Prish Infotech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond its control.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time with written notice to the other party.
In the event of project termination by the client, any fees paid to Prish Infotech will not be refunded.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
